Abilities
[Packaged] Shapeshifting: That is, due to the nature of his abilities, it comes with a host of subset natural abilities, such as [Near-Invulnerability] and [Energy Generation]. With the exception of the Two Cores in his body, Allen's shapeshifting is absolutely free form, capable of rearranging shape, form, composition, and even size at will, through converting energy into matter. This results in him being nigh-indestructible, as no damage is permanent so long as it is not dealt directly to his brain or nuclear core, and both can be moved around within his body freely, the brain fitting inside the palm, the core about the size of a heart. The latter is not suggested, unless you want him to actually go up like a nuke.

By diverting the energies of his nuclear core to his body, he is also capable of powering a large number of weapons and abilities, such as generating electricity or beam-based weaponry, or simply pushing the current shape of his physical body to it's limit, the limit being decided by the shape he's shifted it into- but to be fair, when you're punching things with the force of a small nuclear bomb, it's nothing to sneeze at. A testament to his practical applications of such energies is reflected in his ability to engineer his cells to store heat and electrical energy in massive amounts, turning individual cells into bio-batteries, which adds up when you consider how many trillions of them there are, allowing him to store and endure a fair amount of power individually to his core. (A side effect of this essentially renders him largely immune electricity damage, as well as EMP's).

One of the more sinister applications he has devised in the recent years however, is the ability to forcibly download a victim's memories, inserting antennae probes directly into their brain and translating electrical impulses into data. But he's not the bad guy, so he REALLY doesn't want to use that.

Due to the nature of his shapeshifting as well, he is also effectively capable of electromagnetism, and transforming his immediate environment. This is achievable due to the way his shapeshifting functions- which is the rearrangement, separation, and recombining of molecular bodies using electromagnetism. To achieve this, his nuclear core's shell/exterior casing is capable of projecting a short-range electromagnetic field/bubble throughout his body, and a short distance beyond his body, and from there, his brain calculates the currents channeled throughout and fine-tunes the process of separating and combining. Through this, it means he can not only shapeshift his own body, but seize control of magnetic fields in his immediate area, and even rearrange his environment, though some elements are easier to manipulate (metals, minerals, non-living) than others (organics, living)

Computer Core/Core Brain: As he was designed to be a weapon, at the core of Allen is in fact, a computer. A computer with a wide host of abilities and processing power far beyond any Earth-like modern civilizations, allowing him to break apart and understand the programming and encryption of numerous devices near instantly, and then allow him to reprogram them and divert their use for himself. A form of weaponized 'hacking' he was designed to do in order to take advantage of enemy weaponry and technology for his own benefit, though now rarely used. At the same time, that same processing power can be used for combat applications, analyzing his environment in total detail in less than a second- in the blink of an eye- and calculating how to respond, allowing him to see as if everything were moving in slow motion, if not totally stopped.

He also uses this to understand the thoughts and emotions of other species, completely replicating their biology, including their brains, and translating the nervous input into data, making it comprehensible to him. It does not even take a millionth of his processing power to be able to feel human emotions.

A brief history of Zelenin and Allen
In case you're wondering what a Zelenian Shapeshifter is exactly, here's a crash course primer; They are weapons of war. Devised by the amphibious Eel-like Denizens of the Planet Zelenin, originally inspired by their abilities of high-energy producing and manipulating abilities, they created shapeshifting weapons from organic material that would be mediated and controlled by a central computer, and powered by nuclear devices. Equipped with a Helium-3 Powered Nuclear Core capable of producing and regulating electromagnetic fields internally and externally to itself, and a Crystal-based Quantum Computer for a brain for mass data processing abilities, this created soldiers who were capable of transforming and completely rearranging their shape, form, and composition at will, using their enhanced processing ability to completely guide the transformation process at an atomic and molecular level. This gave them ability to infiltrate enemy bases, blend in with environments, vanish into crowds, or if necessary, even match and overpower the most common conventional weaponry of the time, able to generate weapons to bypass the most common defenses of the time and surpass the latest weaponry. And that's only scratching the surface of their wartime abilities.

Allen, in relation to this, is an anomaly. Originally one of the finest displays in Zelenin's army of the shapeshifter's prowess, using his processing ability to rapidly comprehend and process the battle situation and devise new countermeasures to obtain victory, this exact learning potential resulted in him becoming aware of how valuable he is to the Zelenin army; This resulted in him learning self-preservation; This resulted in him evaluating his position, what he is, and why he is important; This continued cycle of self-discovery eventually bore fruit in the form of self-awareness and sapience, and the beginning of 'life', the roots of what would later be known as Allen.

As he took stock in himself, his enemies, his superiors, the people of Zelenin and the denizens of other worlds he was sent to invade, he realized he had no reason to fight for the Zelenians, who only saw him as a weapon. He valued his life as much as anyone else did, and if everyone else was willing to fight for it, so was he. And so, he took the opportunity to use his abilities to escape, reprogramming his own mind to remove any latent programming designed to bring him back under Zelenian programming, and going AWOL during a major battle.

Since then, he has been using his newfound freedom to undertake a quest of understanding, exploring every corner of the galaxy, one planet at a time. Using his abilities to be able to take on the forms and traits of any species he crosses, he spends 40-60 Earth Years at a time on a planet, getting to know the people, the culture, what motivates them, making friends, and finding his own place, finding new appreciations for life, before moving onto the next. With each planet, he continues to learn, grow, and define himself as a person, and has gained an unwavering appreciation for life, and an even more powerful desire to protect it, and it's freedoms.

In the nearly 1000 years that have passed since this undertaking began, he has never once gotten bored of his quest; Despite the similarities between some species, he appreciates all the little deviations even more. Despite all the violence, warring, conquest and bloodshed, he understands those species are capable of great kindnesses as well, and have incredible constructive potential, and even more, even he believes there can be beauty in those things if one looks at them in the right way. Even the negative is a beautiful part of the large picture, the contrast that makes the peaceful and the kind even more so, and even the negative has the power to be used for something positive. Even after numerous betrayals, he has not given up on living beings.

He maintains an overwhelmingly positive outlook, and will continue to do so for many years. He is constantly excited to find new things to learn, and hopes he will never stop learning.

Eat well, Sleep Well
In the event of Eating and Sleeping... frankly, he doesn't need either, as what is essentially a computer with a fluid shapeshifting body. However, he DOES do both out of an appreciation for them, having spent countless worlds experimenting with different herbs, roots, spices, scales, meats, bones, peppers, powders, cheeses, oils, so on and so forth, to refine his cooking technique. The ultimate result of this is the restaurant chain he founded on Earth, where every chef is hand trained by him, to deliver exquisite high-class cuisine at affordable prices- as he believes delicious food and it's evolution is not something that is a symbol of status; not something that should be blocked off or denied on a basis of price, but should be available to everyone.

Napping is simply a hobby.

Non-Involvement
Seeing it as a breach of the trust of that world, and defiance of it's natural order and resolution, Allen refuses to become involved in the intra-world conflicts and politics of the world he is staying on, as even if he could drastically change how the conflict turns out with his abilities, that is exactly what he is afraid of. To overstep his boundaries, and strong arm the planet's course into the form he desires.

Strongly believing in the individual potential of a planet species, to avoid the scenario above, he chooses to simply observe, and allows the conflict to naturally run it's course, as it is not his place to intervene. He believes the species of the world will know best what they need and desire, and while he is not above making their lives a little easier, he cannot do their growing for them, he cannot make the life-changing decisions they must make for their future for them. He believes he must allow them to grow at their own rate and run their own course; Even if it leads to their destruction.

As someone who was once in chains himself, this is how strongly he supports their freedoms of choice. A planet will create it's own heroes, and naturally come to it's own solution. That is what matters.

But there are exceptions. He is gladly willing to break his vow of non-involvement... when others like him get involved. In order to preserve that desire to allow a species to naturally take it's own path, he will gladly fight against what a planet's given species is not meant to fight; Invaders they were not yet meant to meet, not yet prepared for, not yet able to fight... Allen will gladly fight in their stead in that case, to protect them from outside influences that would destroy the future they were carving themselves. He would gladly protect them from enemies that were foreign and alien, like himself.

However, this does not mean he will say, protect humans from other non-human species as a blanket statement. If those species lived on Earth alongside humans, then it is up to humans and that species to settle matters themselves. But if it were world-conquering angels from another dimension, a blatantly foreign force, he would gladly step up to plate to eliminate them for the sake of the planet. A war between a planet's two species is still an internal conflict he has no part of; External threats are fair game, however, and his specialty.

Backtagging: No problem!
Threadhopping: Yes!
Threadjacking: Yeah.
Fourthwalling: Dddddepends on the info you're going for.

Hugging this character: Go for it, he doesn't bite!
Kissing this character: You can, but how he responds depends on the person.
Flirting with this character: He's very direct- results may vary.
Fighting with this character: Not recommended; But you can.
Injuring this character: You can try. (It is extremely difficult to injure him.) Talk to me about damage to either core.
Killing this character: Talk to me about it; But that even said, it is extremely difficult to put him in a position where this is possible.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Talk to me about it. Most telepathic abilities do not work on him, as his brain is a computer. Technopathy works, but he can fight back, since he has a will of his own. It will also come across as slightly weird, as his brain is crystal-based.

Warnings: Extremely difficult to kill, so pick your battles wisely. Getting smacked by him is like getting hit in the face by an 18-wheeler.
